The kids absolutely loved the pool deck and spent hours playing and splashing around. The outdoor braai area in our room was a great convenience for us as we could enjoy a delicious BBQ while enjoying the stunning views from our balcony. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with a great selection of channels for the kids to enjoy. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also ideal, with plenty of walking trails and wildlife to explore. We will definitely be returning to Lemoenfontein for our next family getaway.

For dads, it would be great if there were more recreational activities specifically catered towards children.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the food, while expensive, was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing break in the Karoo.

Lemoenfontein in Beaufort West was a delightful find for our stopover. The charming old buildings and honesty bar created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The refreshing swimming pool and stunning sunset views made us forget the exhaustion of our journey. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness, and the homely farm fare served on the veranda was absolutely delicious. It was a bonus that they allowed our pets to stay with us.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had a wider variety.

Great stay with comfortable rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Loved the beautiful views and the friendly staff. the walk to the nearby spring was a nice way to stretch our legs. the veggie options at dinner were superb. Only downside was the limited wifi, which made it difficult to watch shows on holiday.
